String of Pearls

AO Glass, a glassblowing workshop in the South End Arts District in Burlington, VT, needed a high-impact lighting fixture when they hosted an elegant pop-up dinner in their industrial space. Thanks to the existence of a couple hundred extra glass globes, we were able to create a 25-meter long “string of pearls” to light the banquet table. While intended as a temporary solution, the fixture remains a defining part of the space today.
